利用核酸检测评估新冠肺炎病人定点救治医院病房环境污染水平

摘要:

了解新冠肺炎病人病房环境中新冠病毒污染状况及污染途径,为预防院内感染及病房消毒处理提供科学依据。采集109份新冠肺炎病人病房环境及病人相关样本,其中消毒前环境样本29份,病人私人物品11份;终末消毒后环境样本69份。采用RT-PCR方法对样本进行病毒核酸检测。结果表明,40份消毒前样本中检出12份新型冠状病毒核酸阳性,阳性检出率为30%。其中,26份病床及床头柜样本中检出阳性9份,阳性检出率为34.62%;11份病人私人物品检出阳性3例,阳性检出率为27.27%。终末消毒后采集的69份样本检出阳性2份,不合格率为2.90%。新冠肺炎病人病房环境和私人物品均有新冠肺炎病毒存在的潜在风险,密切接触是传播新冠病毒的主要途径之一,应对病房环境及病人经常触摸的私人物品进行彻底清洁消毒,避免造成医院内部感染。终末消毒时应加大关注不易消毒区域和物品,对核酸检测阳性环境进行再次消毒,避免病毒残留。


Evaluating pollution level for COVID-19 patient ward environment with nucleid acid detection

Abstract: To realize the status of 2019-nCoV contamination in patient ward environment, and provide scientific basis for the prevention of nosocomial infection and disinfection of the ward. 109 samples of COVID-19 patients' ward environment and personal effects were collected, including 29 samples of pre-disinfection environment, 11 samples of patients' personal belongings and 69 samples of post-disinfection environment. The RT-PCR methods was used to detect the existence of 2019-nCoV. Results show that, 12 2019-nCoV nucleic acids were detected in 40 samples before disinfection, and the positive detection rate was 30%. 9 of the 26 beside table samples were positive, the positive detection rate was 34.62%. 3 of the 11 patients' personal belongings were positive, the positive detection rate was 27.27%. 2 of the 69 environmental samples were positive after disinfection, the failure rate was 2.90%. There is a potential risk of COVID-19 virus in patient ward environment and personal belongings. It is of great significance to ensure close contact is one of the main ways to spread the 2019-nCoV. To avoid nosocomial infection through thorough disinfection. In terminal disinfection, more attention should be paid to areas that are not easy to be disinfected, and the nucleic acid test positive environment should be disinfected again to avoid virus residue.
